I know, peaches aren't in season until at least June, but sometimes you just have a craving for a certain food and you don't want to wait any longer!
The weather had been quite funky out, so I really didn't want to go to the grocery store for anything; I opened my pantry and saw a can of peaches. What in the world could I make with a can of peaches?!
I dug around even more in my pantry and refrigerator and found several items that could work, so I went to my computer to search the internet for a peaches and cream tart recipe using the ingredients that I already had on hand, I was determined to not go to the store in the rain.
I placed my items on the counter and told myself, " I can make this work and it will taste amazing! " Confidence is key here and my husband and kids were my test subjects!
Lucky for me, I love good food and have a pretty good idea of what kind of ingredients it takes to make certain things.
